Arrival in Yerevan – capital city of Armenia. Meeting at the airport Zvartnots by the representative of “L & I Tour”. Transfer to a hotel. |
| 27.07 | Yerevan – Geghard – Garni – Yerevan
Breakfast in hotel. Journey to the cave monastery Geghard, which is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Then you will go to Garni temple which towers over a triangular cape, is the unique survived example of heathen culture in Armenia. It is a blend of Greco-Roman and Armenian styles. Dinner in restaurant with lavash baking ceremony. Return to hotel. |
| 28.07 | Vardavar Breakfast in hotel. Journey to Tsaghkadzor and rise on Tsaghkadzor ropeway. Visiting famous Kecharis monastery and enjoying Armenian cross-stones. Journey to Lake Sevan, the largest lake in Caucasus and the highest fresh-water lake in the world. Dinner in Sevan with trout barbecue master class.Return to hotel. |
| 29.07 | Yerevan – Khor Virap- Noravank – Yerevan
Breakfast in hotel. A trip to the monastery of Khor Virap, from where the most delightful view of the Biblical mountain Ararat opens. After travelling to the village of Areni and tasting local wine in the cellar of Areni. You will continue your tour to Noravank – a valley of red rocks. Dinner at a restaurant near Noravank. Return to Yerevan. |

The tour starts from the heart of Yerevan city, the Republic Square, where you can get in touch with the great history of Armenia through the magnificent architectural ensemble that surrounds the Republic Square. We will visit the Vernisage – souvenir market, where you can buy souvenirs, gold and silver products, ceramics and local products which are in high demand among the tourists. The next stop included in this group tour is Yerevan Brandy Factory, where the visitors will have a chance to get familiar with the history of the legendary Armenian Brandy, as well as to taste and purchase brandy directly from the factory. Then we will visit the Charles Aznavour Square,which is finally formed and officially renamed in honor of the world-famous singer and songwriter Charles Aznavour in 2001.We will visit Opera and Ballet Theater by Northern Avenue.The newest street in Yerevan is the most walked one.Here you will find buildings of waried designes,shops of the coolest worldwide brands and the most expensive cafes. Return to hotel. |
